At Safecart Bharat, we carefully inspect every product before shipping to ensure it reaches you in good condition. Due to the nature of our products and logistics process, we currently do not offer refunds for change of mind or personal preference.

No Refund Policy

All sales made on our website are final, and we do not provide refunds once an order has been successfully delivered.

This policy helps us maintain fair pricing and prevent misuse of our return system, especially for Cash on Delivery orders.

We strongly encourage customers to review product details, descriptions, and images carefully before placing an order.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Although rare, if you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, you may be asked to provide:

• Order number
• Photos or videos of the product
• Description of the issue

After verification, we will assist you with a replacement if the issue is valid.


Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation will no longer be possible.


Non-Returnable Situations

We cannot offer refunds or returns for the following reasons:

• Change of mind after delivery
• Incorrect address provided by the customer
• Customer unavailable to receive the order
• Minor variations in product color or packaging
